Banks in the states of Tripura, Assam, Bengal will remain closed on October 10, 11, 12 and 13. Banks in Sikkim will remain closed on October 11, 12, 13, 14.

- Durga Puja/Dussehra (Maha Saptami): October 10 – Banks closed in Tripura, Assam, Nagaland, Bengal.
- Dussehra (Mahastami/Mahanavami)/Ayudha Puja/Durga Puja (Dasin)/Durga Ashtami: October 11 – Banks are closed in Tripura, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Meghalaya.
- Dussehra/Dussehra (Mahanavami/Vijayadashami)/Durga Puja (Dasai) – October 12 – Banks are closed in all states as it is the second Saturday of the month.
- Durga Puja (Dassain) – October 14 – Banks are closed in Sikkim.
