Vande Bharat Express News: Railways is giving a lot of emphasis on Vande Bharat trains these days. Railways has started many Vande Bharat trains on different routes. In this episode, there is new good news for Vande Bharat passengers.
Southern Railways has announced a special Vande Bharat Express train between Ernakulam and Bengaluru. The date of when this train will run has also been announced. This Vande Bharat Express train, which runs three days a week, will come on track from July 31.
This train will leave from Ernakulam on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 1:50 pm. It will have stoppages in Thrissur, Palakkad, Podanur, Tiruppur, Erode and Salem. Let us tell you that this is the third Vande Bharat train to be received by Kerala.
This Vande Bharat Express train will reach Bengaluru Cantonment at 10 pm. The return train will leave from Bengaluru at 5.30 am. This train will run from Bengaluru on Thursday, Saturday and Monday. At present, the Railways has made a plan till August 26. However, it is expected that in the coming time it will be extended and made permanent.

It is worth noting that Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has told in the Lok Sabha that the government is rapidly expanding the Vande Bharat network. The Railway Minister said that as of July 19, 2024, a total of 102 Vande Bharat Express trains are present in the Indian Railways network. Out of these, 16 Vande Bharat trains are running in Maharashtra.
Giving more information related to Vande Bharat, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that Vande Bharat coaches are manufactured at Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai Tamil Nadu, Rail Coach Factory (RCF) Kapurthala Punjab and Modern Coach Factory (MCF) Rae Bareli Uttar Pradesh. Vaishnav also said that the process of manufacturing Vande Bharat coaches is going on by the technology partner at Marathwada Coach Factory, Latur. He further said that special care is being taken of traffic, convenience in operation and availability of resources in running Vande Bharat trains.
