The condition of spending 50 percent of the fund without e-tender has been removed.
The state government has accepted another demand of the Sarpanchs. CM Naib Singh Saini, overturning the decision of former CM Manohar Lal, had recently allowed the Sarpanchs to get development work done up to Rs 21 lakh without e-tender. However, the Sarpanchs were angry with the condition of spending only 50 percent of the fund without e-tender.

Now that too has been removed. Now if the fund of a Gram Panchayat is Rs 30 lakh, then the Sarpanch will be able to get work done worth Rs 21 lakh without e-tender. State President of the Association Ranbir Samain said that we welcome the removal of the condition by the government, but many demands are still pending. Gram Panchayats should be given all 29 rights, which include construction of parks and buildings, removal of interference of MLAs, etc.

There was a condition of spending 50 percent of the total fund without e-tender. Now the Commissioner of the Department Amit Agarwal has issued revised orders to withdraw the condition.

2400 crore rupees will be spent for urban and rural development

Chief Minister Naib Saini announced crores of rupees in the conference. He said that the government will spend 2400 crore rupees for urban and rural development. 118 crore rupees will be spent on the repair and maintenance of Dalit and backward class Chaupals. 429 crore rupees will also be spent on rural development by the State Finance Commission.

CM Saini said that Sarpanchs are the pivot of village development and solution of public problems is necessary for the development of the village. With this money, the streets in the village will be paved, Firni, Chaupals will be repaired. So that the public gets maximum convenience.

In today’s conference, Sarpanchs had talked about increasing their honorarium. The government has increased it by one and a half times. But, Sarpanchs were demanding more increase. They will be called and talked to again. BJP government will work without discrimination.

Only father and son are left in Congress.

Chief Minister Naib Saini retaliated on Congress’s campaign ‘Haryana demands hisaab from BJP government’ and said that Leader of Opposition Bhupendra Singh Hooda, who has taken four seats, should also tell how many announcements and promises were fulfilled out of the manifestos made during his two terms.

Bhupendra Hooda never says anything on this. Hooda was talking about corruption in government jobs. But, he did not tell how many jobs BJP has given without slips and expenses. Hooda misleads people by telling lies. Only father and son are left in Congress. Congress has become weak. It will become weaker in the coming times.
