These documents will be required for update
For Aadhaar update, you will need two important documents. First identity card and second address proof. Usually, Aadhaar center charges Rs 50 for Aadhaar update but according to UIDAI, this service is free till June 14. You can give PAN card as identity proof and voter card for address.
Update this way sitting at home
Go to UIDAI website from mobile or laptop. After this click on the option of update Aadhaar. Now login through OTP by entering Aadhaar number. After this click on document update and verify. Now upload the scanned copy of identity card and address proof from the drop list below. Now click on submit. After this you will get a request number and the form will be submitted. You will also be able to check the status of the update from the request number. After a few days your Aadhaar will be updated.
