New Delhi. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is going to implement the dynamic QR system (Delhi Metro QR code system) soon. This system will be quite different from the existing QR code system and passengers will be able to travel in the metro multiple times through the same QR code.
In the current system, passengers have to generate a new code for more than one trip. DMRC has also started the trial of the dynamic QR code system. The special thing is that DMRC will also give a ten percent discount in fare to the passengers using the dynamic QR code system.
DMRC has started the trial of the new system. For this, ANFR machines capable of scanning QR codes have been installed at all metro stations. Currently, these scanners are installed at the entry points of the metro. In the coming days, they will also be installed at the exit points. On purchasing a Delhi Metro token through mobile wallet, a QR code will be generated on the passenger’s phone. It will be read at the entry gate.

Others will not be able to use it.
The dynamic QR code system will be equipped with many special features. No other person will be able to use this code illegally. Anti-fraud codes will be generated in this system. That means this code will keep changing automatically from time to time. If someone wants to stealthily take a photo of a passenger’s QR code and use it, he will not be able to do so. Because the code will have changed.

Waiting for the results of the trial, DMRC believes that the new system will make metro travel more convenient. This system has been started on a trial basis. If it is successful, it will be implemented at all stations. It is worth noting that DMRC is taking several steps to increase the number of passengers in the metro and save the time of the traveler. These steps also include dynamic QR code system.
