How to Update Aadhaar Card Free: All the documents you have will have their own different functions, but in today’s era, if we talk about Aadhaar card, then it has many functions.
Like- you have to get a SIM card, check in at a hotel, get some government or non-government work done, get subsidy, get KYC done etc. Aadhaar card is required for many such works. Similarly, it is mandatory for those Aadhaar card holders to update their Aadhaar card whose Aadhaar card is 10 years old. Its last date is also very near. If your Aadhaar card is also 10 years old and you have not updated it yet, then you have only three days left because the last date to update the Aadhaar card for free is 14 June 2024. After this, you may have to pay a fee of Rs 50 for the same work.
This is the way to update Aadhaar card:-
- If your Aadhaar card is also 10 years old, then you can update it yourself for free from home till June 14, 2024
- For this, first you have to visit the official website of UIDAI uidai.gov.in/en
- After visiting the official website, you have to click on the option of ‘Update Aadhaar’
- After this, you have to enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number here, after which an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, you can login with it
- Then you have to click on the document update option and get your documents verified
