Many systems are active at the same time
These days, many effective weather systems are active simultaneously, due to which the weather remains unstable across the state. A cyclonic system has developed in the upper part of the air over north-eastern Rajasthan. The trough line associated with this system is spreading through Gujarat to the Arabian Sea. Apart from this, a western disturbance is active in the form of air pressure near Afghanistan, while another disturbance is present around Iran.
Due to all these weather effects, moist winds are continuously coming from the Arabian Sea towards North and Central India. This moisture is creating conditions of rain, thunder and strong winds. Meteorologists predict that similar weather will prevail in the state for the next three to four days, in which there will be chances of light to heavy rain and thunderstorms at some places.
