School Holiday: Winter holidays announced… Schools will remain closed for this many days

The month of December is often known as the holiday season, which lasts from Christmas to New Year all over the world. During this time there are holidays in schools, colleges and offices.

Now the winter holidays have been announced, the Madhya Pradesh government has announced winter holidays for government and private schools in its state. The Education Department has declared a five-day winter holiday from 31 December 2024 to 4 January 2025.

During this period, i.e. from December 31 to January 4, schools will remain closed and students will get a chance to enjoy the cold weather to the fullest. Along with this, the holidays in schools will increase by one more day as January 6 is a Sunday. Thus, a total of 6 days of holidays have been declared this time in Madhya Pradesh, which has been officially released by the government, which will be a cause of relief for both children and teachers.

School Winter Holidays Latest Update

The latest update regarding winter holidays has also come. New Year also comes on 1 January 2025, and during this time teachers and students will be able to enjoy the New Year. There will be holidays in Madhya Pradesh from 31 December to 4 January, and the holidays will increase on 6 January due to Sunday.

Winter holidays on 31 December are falling on Sunday, while New Year will be celebrated on 1 January. Holidays will be from Tuesday to Thursday from 2 to 4 January, and as January 6 is a Sunday, the effect of holidays will increase by one more day. If we talk about other states, winter holidays in Uttar Pradesh are of 15 days, which starts from 1 January and lasts till 15 January. This time of winter holidays is a great opportunity for students and teachers to relax and entertain, which can make them fully energetic physically and mentally.
