Eligibility Criteria for Income Tax Recruitment 2024
- Tax Assistant- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Must have basic knowledge of using computer applications. Must have data entry speed of at least 8000.
- Depressions per hour. Speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour for data entry work is to be assessed by conducting a speed test on Electronic Data Processing Machine.
- Stenographer Grade-II – 12th class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Skill Test Criteria: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute,
Transcription: 50 minutes and English: (65 minutes), Hindi: (on computer)
