Phones launched with strong camera specs
Display: Both phones of the Vivo V40 5G series have a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, which has an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a resolution of 2800 × 1260 pixels. The brightness of the display is 4,500 nits. Along with this, the screen to body ratio is 93 percent.
Processor: The processors of these two Vivo phones are different. The Vivo V40 5G smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. It has Adreno 720 GPU for graphics support. The Pro variant has been introduced with MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9200+ SoC.

Battery and software: Both Vivo phones have a 5,500mAh battery. Vivo V40 has been introduced with 80W fast charge and the Pro variant with 90W fast charge. Both Vivo phones run on Funtouch OS based on Android 14.
Camera: Talking about the camera specs of Vivo V40 5G smartphone, the primary camera in it is 50MP, which comes with OIS (optical image stabilization) and aperture f/1.88, smart aura light and 50MP wide angle lens support. Along with this, a 50MP camera has also been given in the front. Talking about the Pro variant, another 50MP tele photo camera sensor has been given in its back camera setup.
Connectivity and other features: Talking about connectivity, the phone has 5G, 4G LTE, dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB Type-C port. Both phones come with IP68 rating. Along with this, the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
