LPG Price: The government has given a shock to the common people. After the Union Budget, the prices of LPG gas cylinders have been increased again. The relief that the government had given on the day of the budget has been withdrawn today.
On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Indian Oil has increased the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 6. However, there has been no change in the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders.
Increase in the price of commercial cylinder
In Delhi, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will now be available for Rs 1,803, which was Rs 1,797 in February. Similarly, the price of commercial cylinder has gone up to Rs 1,913 in Kolkata, which was Rs 1,907 in February. In Mumbai, this cylinder will now be available for Rs 1,755.50, while its price was Rs 1,749.50 in February. In Chennai too, its price has now increased to Rs 1,918 with a slight increase.
Domestic LPG cylinder prices remain stable
There has been no change in the price of domestic 14 kg LPG cylinder. This cylinder remains stable at Rs 803 in Delhi.

Chennai: Rs 818.50
Lower growth compared to previous years
This is the lowest increase in the price of commercial cylinders in the month of March. Last year, on March 1, 2024, there was a one-time increase of up to Rs 26. This time, the slight relief of Rs 7 received in February has now been almost eliminated by increasing the price by Rs 6 again.
