There are two options for investment

This policy of LIC can be taken by people between the age of 30 and 79 years. But this plan does not provide any kind of risk cover. But due to some of its features, it is quite popular among the people. If you are going to take this plan, then you will get two options. The first option in this is Deferred Annuity for Single Life and the second option is Deferred Annuity for Joint Life. This means that if you want, you can invest in a single plan, or you can choose the combined option.

Minimum investment amount

The special thing is that you can surrender this policy at any time. The minimum amount to invest in this is Rs 1.5 lakh and there is no limit on maximum investment. If the policy holder dies during the policy, the entire amount is deposited in the account of his nominee.

You will get pension for life

New Jeevan Shanti Scheme is an annuity plan. By investing in this scheme, you can fix your pension limit. Then, according to the fixed amount, you will continue to get pension for life after retirement. If a person is 55 years old and deposits Rs 11 lakh in this scheme and then holds it for five years, then he will get an amount of Rs 1,01,880 in the year as pension.
