Infinix Note 40 5G smartphone has been launched in India. The phone comes in one storage variant and two color options. It has wireless charging support.

Infinix has recently launched a new smartphone in the Indian market. The latest phone has been launched under the Note series. Infinix Note 40 5G comes with MagSafe wireless charging support. It has a powerful processor for performance.
Infinix Note 40 5G Specs
- The Infinix Note 40 5G sports a tall 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,300 nits of peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
- The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. You can expand the storage up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.
- The device packs a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W wired fast charging and 15W wireless MagSafe charging.
- The model runs on Android 14 OS based XOS 14 custom skin. For optics, the rear houses a 108MP primary camera paired with a 2MP macro sensor and a depth lens.
- At the same time, there is a 32-megapixel shooter on the front for selfies and video calls. Infinix has given an IP53 rating for water and dust resistance along with stereo speakers with tuning by JBL on the Note 40 5G.
- For connectivity, the phone includes Bluetooth 5.3, dual 4G LTE, USB Type-C, in-display fingerprint scanner, and IR sensor.
Price and availability
Infinix has launched the Note 40 5G in Obsidian Black and Titan Gold colours. The phone has been launched in only one storage variant (8GB+256GB).
It is priced at INR 19,999 (approximately US$240). The smartphone will officially go on sale in India on June 26, 2024. It can be purchased from Flipkart.
