Flight Booking: India’s largest budget airline IndiGo has taken a big decision on its 18th birthday. IndiGo, famous for its cheap flights, is now preparing to attract rich passengers as well.
The company has announced the introduction of business class for the first time. The airline’s CEO Peter Albers announced this at an event held in the capital Delhi on Monday. He said that booking for these seats will start from August 6.
This means that now you will be able to travel in business class in IndiGo as well. However, this new service has not started yet. It will start from November 14 but ticket booking (Business Class Booking) has started from today itself.

Know what will be the route and fare?
Let us tell you that in the first phase, this service will be available in flights between big cities. Business class will start from Delhi-Mumbai route. Its tickets will start from Rs 18,018. After this, the company will also start this service between cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad in the next one year. That means business class tickets will be available on a total of 12 routes.

The special thing is that special meals will also be provided to the passengers of ‘business’ class. The passengers of business class will also be able to enjoy the special food of Oberoi Hotel. Along with this, IndiGo will also start its new customer loyalty program ‘Blue Chip’ from September itself.
Indigo has made many changes in its service in the recent past. The company says that this step has been taken according to the growing economy of the country and the changing preferences of the customers.
